Other AbstractCurrently, Fuel Cells are receiving increasing attention as the most promising new power generation technologies, and the fuel processing by the mixed reforming of liquid hydrocarbons for on-site or on-board syngas/hydrogen production is regarded as the desired way for fuel cells. In this paper, we developed a new mixed-reforming technology for hydrogen/syngas production in a membrane reactor by combining the oxygen permeable membrane Ba0.5Sr0.5Co0.8Fe0.2O3 with the catalyst LiLaNiO/γ-Al2O3, this provide a new optional way of hydrogen production for both stationary and portable power generation.
