Abstract本发明提供了一种宽温型完全甲烷化催化剂及其制备方法,其特征在于:该甲烷化催化剂以镍为主活性组分,氧化铝与镍铝化合物之一种或多种与氧化锆形成的组合物为主载体,氧化镧为助催化剂,利用化学沉淀过程制备催化剂前躯物,再经过滤、洗涤、焙烧、成型、再焙烧后还原形成催化剂。该甲烷化催化剂在260-750℃的使用范围内具有优良的催化活性与稳定性,完全满足合成气完全甲烷化过程对催化剂耐高温、高水热稳定性以及低温高活性的要求。; 带填写
