Abstract一种用酶水解人参皂甙制备20-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基原人参二醇的方法,包括水解、收集步骤,其特征在于:二醇型人参皂甙分子中的糖基被蜗牛酶定点切除、生成目标化合物20-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基原人参二醇。本发明中所用蜗牛酶来源方便、价格低廉,用该酶制备C-K工艺简单方便、成本低、回收率高。可以满足制备抗肿瘤治疗药物的需求。; 带填写
