Abstract一种膜电极三合一组件的制备方法,其特征在于:将催化剂与质子导体聚合物制成的粉末,直接热压到质子交换膜上,形成三合一组件;其中质子导体聚合物选自Nafion,Flemion溶液,催化剂与质子导体聚合物的质量比为5~0.5,制成粉料粒径小于30μm;热压合成的温度在130~190℃,压力5~7MPa,时间60~90秒。本发明可以根据不同需要制成多种用途的三合一组件,且制备方法简便、快速,适于工业化生产。; 带填写
