Abstract一种微孔膜水电解槽是采用石棉膜、钛酸钾膜或二氧化钛膜等材料制成的微孔膜,其分隔板(辅助电极)和穿孔板(主电极)之间加有导电条或导电支撑垫,使其形成硬支撑结构。该电解槽的共用管道镶嵌绝缘环或由绝缘材料制成。这种装置其操作方便,直流电耗低(3.8~4.0Kw—hr/m3H2),氢氧两室可在差压下稳定工作,能产生纯度在99.99%以上氢气,同时又可向氧气室常压输入去离子水。此外该电解槽造价低,既可作为工业化水电解装置,取代传统水电解设备,也可制成小型的高纯氢气发生器。; 带填写
