Abstract惰性气体脱氢、氧净化剂是由钯、氧化铜担载在二氧化钛上而制成的.利用本净化剂可在100-180℃条件下,使惰性气体流中成计量比的H2和O2化合除去,同时将余量H2或O2收除去,残余杂质H2<0.4ppmO2<0.5ppm.本净化剂比同类型的脱氢脱氧净化剂的性能好,使用温度明显降低,且使用前不需要预活化,使用过程中不需要专门再生处理,是惰性气体深度脱氢、脱氧较理想的一种净化剂.; 带填写
