Abstract铂、钯/氧化钛催化剂是用于普氢、氮气脱氧制取超纯氢、氮气的催化剂.本发明的特征是采用N型半导体二氧化钛作催化剂的载体,其贵金属含量A:铂:0.1~5.0%或B:铂、钯0.1~5.0%(重量比).前者更适用于普氮净化,后者常用于普氢净化.两者空速钧为10000~30000小时-1,成品气的残氧含量在20ppb~0.2ppm.与已知脱氧催化剂比较,本发明具有催化活性好,脱氧深度深,单位时间处理量大,无需活化和再生等特点.; 带填写
