摘要: A stable engineering yeast model with high expression of human NADPH-P450 reductase (hCPR) was established in the present study. A new plasmid used to insert hCPR in the chromosome of S.cerevisiae was constructed. The recombinant hCPR expressed in S.cerevisiae was analyzed by enzyme assay and immunoblotting. The human cytochrome P450-3A4 was also coexpressed with hCPR in this genetic engineering strain (BWG-CPR). This strain would be applied for the following coexpression with CYPs and constructing an efficient selection model for the drug metabolism in vitro.
