摘要: A series of Cu(Zn)-ZSM-5 zeolites were synthesized by a direct hydrothermal method using [Me(NH3)4]2+(Me=Cu,Zn) solution as metal resource. The obtained samples were characterized by NH3-TPD, FTIR for pyridine adsorption, XRD, XRF, SEM, diffuse reflectance UV-vis spectra, 29Si and 27Al MAS NMR and applied to synthesis gas-to-dimethyl ether (DME) reaction. The results showed that both copper and zinc might have entered the framework of ZSM-5; the chemical property of copper and zinc greatly influenced the acidity of ZSM-5; Cu-ZSM-5 and Zn-ZSM-5 exhibited rather different methanol dehydration activity in synthesis gas-to-dimethyl ether reaction.
