摘要: Liquid-phase autoxidation of ethylbenzene were studied by using MeAPO-5 (Me=Co, Mn and Cr) as catalysts. It is found that acidic MeAPO-5, as evidenced by NH3-TPD and FT-IR, decomposed ethylbenzene hydroperoxide to phenol (free-radical terminator) and therefore strongly inhibited the reaction. After removal of the mild/strong acid sites in the samples, Na+-CoAPO-5 and Na+-MnAPO-5 selectively yielded ethylbenzene hydroperoxide, while Na+-CrAPO-5 produced acetophenone efficiently. The active energies of oxidation based on Na+-CoAPO-5 and Na+-MnAPO-5 are 72.3 and 55.7KJ/mol, respectively. Experimental results confirmed the heterogeneity of reaction with Na+-CoAPO-5 and Na+-MnAPO-5 as catalysts, but homogeneous reaction occurred in the case of Na+-CrAPO-5.
