摘要: Organosulfonic acid functionalized periodic mesoporous organosilicas were successfully synthesized by one-step co-condensation of 1,2-bis(trimethoxysilyl)ethane (BTME), tetramethoxysilane (TMOS) and 3-mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane (MPTMS). X-ray diffraction, nitrogen sorption analysis, and transmission electron microscopy show that all materials have ordered hexagonal mesoporous structure with large pore diameter. The framework composition of the materials was fully characterized by 29Si MAS and 13C CP MAS NMR, UV Raman spectroscopy, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The influences of materials surface properties on the catalytic activity were investigated. The materials were effective solid acid catalysts in the dehydration of butanol and the hydration of propylene oxide, and most of the catalysts show higher activity than commercial Nafion-50 in dehydration of butanol.
