AbstractFast protein digestion and identification are indispensable in mosr proteomic study.Immobilized enzyme microreactors,especially those based on monoliths, recently have been paid much attention due to the fast digestion speed and the avoidance of enzyme auto-digestion. Fast protein digestion and identification using hybrid silica monolith based metal-ion chelately immobilized trypsin microreactor and uHPLC-MS/MS is developed.
