英文摘要Since Fukumoto et al.1 first synthesized amino acid ionic liquids (AAILs) by neutralization method (see Figure 1), AAILs have attracted a lot of attention and they could be used for disolving biomaterials and synthesizing functional materials, therefore they have broad applications potentials in areas like biological, medical, and pharmaceutical sciences. In our work, a series of ILs, [Cnmim]X (n = 2, 4; X = Br, Cl), were firstly synthesized according to the literatures,3-5 the quality were confirmed by 1H-NMR spectroscopy. After that, the Br or Cl anions of [Cnmim]X was exchanged by using anion-exchange resin column, forming a hydroxide aqueous solution, in which a amino acid aqueous solution was added dropwise. Methanol was used to purify the final product, and excess water and amino acid were removed by rotary evaporating and filtration, respectively. The product was dried for 2 days at 80 °C in vacuum drying oven and characterized by 1H-NMR2. Future synthesis work of n-alkylpyridiniumX is continued (see Figure 2).
