摘要: an efficient catalytic system using VOSO4/TEMPO/NaNO2 was developed for aerobic oxidation of alcohols under mild conditions. For example, biomass derived 5-hydroxymethylfurfural could be oxidized to 2,5-diformylfuran with nearly quantitative conversion. Direct oxidation of alcohols by vanadium was divided into three pairs of redox couples OX/Red. This report would be helpful to the further development of vanadium redox in aerobic oxidation.
