摘要: Deer antler is a well-known traditional Chinese medicines (TCMs), with the obvious regulation effects on diseases of nervous system, immunologic system, cardiovascular system and genital system. The bioactivity of deer antler has been considered to be related with the components, such as peptides and proteins. In order to investigate the molecular mechanisms of the regulation effects of deer antler, the separation of proteins in deer antler was performed with offline two dimensional size-exclusion chromatography (SEC) and ion-exchange chromatography (IEC), to keep the protein activity, so that further screening of bioactive components could be performed.
