摘要: Molecularly imprinted macroporous monolith columns were prepared by porogen-free polymerization for the bovine serum albumin (BSA) separation. Meanwhile, the polymerization was carried out in the aqueous medium at -12 degrees C, which will maintain the protein physiochemical stability and conformational. Through the scanning electron micrograph (SEM) for the column cross-section, uniform and interconnected pores with 1 mu m diameter were found, which ensured the effective mass transfer properties and rapid accessibility of the template to the imprinting sites. The specific retention on the MIP column was investigated on HPLC. On the non-imprinted column, BSA and its analogs could not be separated while they could be notedly separated on the imprinted column. Such method offers a unique means for sample preparation and preconcentration in the field of proteomics.
