摘要: The separation and purification of proteins are significant in their structure and function studies, also in their potential application. In recent years,functionalized magnetic particles in combination with magnetic separation techniques applied in proteins separation have attracted considerable attention [1]. Magnetic separations have the advantages of fast, gentle and scalable, and are supposed to be applied widely in bioengineering and biotechnology fields. Here, we introduced a selective proteins separation method by using magnetic particles modified with cation exchange group-carboxyl group, which was obtained by a solvothermal reduction method
