英文摘要Capillary isoelectric focusing has been regarded as a powerful tool for protein analysis with advantages of high resolution and high enrichment capacitu.Recently, with the development of u-TAS techniques,CIEF has been adapted to microchips, and shown the potentials of rapid protein analysis and straightforward integration capacity added in running buffer to establish stable pH gradient during focusing.However, mobile CAs in buffer might lead to increased current and joule heat during focusing. In additon, they might affect not only sample detection by UV at low wavelength and MS,but also further multidimensional separation.
