摘要: Nowadays mass spectrometry is becoming a key tool for in-depth proteome research.However, large-scale MS-based proteomics study requires high-throughput sample preparation techniques.In typical proteomic workflows,especially with the bottom-up strategy, multiple sample pretreatments, including protein denatuation,digeston and cleanup are indispensable proor to MS identification.Unfortunately, they are not only time consuming, but also might lead to sample loss contamination, severely limiting the throughput of proteome analysis.
