摘要: An array capillary in-tube solid phase microextration (ACIT-SPME) technique was developed and evaluated. The ACIT-SPME device was consisted of a bundle of capillary tubing set in a glass liner. The inside/outside surface of capillary tubing and the inner surface of glass liner were all coated with thin layer of extraction phase. The extraction surface area of the ACIT-SPME was increased about 3 orders of magnitude than fiber SPME while the thickness of the phase is only a few micrometers, which reduce the extraction time down to 10 ~15 seconds. Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in water were determined by using this new techique coupled to a gas chromatograph. The limits of detection were 0.008~0.046 μg/L, with RSDs of 2.3~11%. The linear range were up to 0.5~100 μg/L with correlation coefficients of 0.996~0.999 except for Naphthalene. Recoveries were in the range of 71.9~103.0% at added 20 μg/L samples. PAHs in tap water was analyzed by using the new method.
