Abstract发光二极管诱导荧光检测器(LED-IF)是基于发光二极管器件的进步而逐步发展的。由于LED的光源稳定性、波长范围、体积、寿命、功耗、价格等指标都很优秀,作为传统光源的替代和激光光源的竞争产品,近十年来LED-IF检测器在芯片电泳、毛细管电泳、流动注射、毛细管液相色谱等微流动分析系统中都获得了应用。本文结合我们的研究工作,讨论了LED-IF的4种光学结构,并对光源、滤光片、透镜、光纤、光电检测器、检测池以及折光率补偿液体作了详细讨论,还探讨了LED-IF与其它技术的联用及其在生物、医药和环境样品检测中的应用。文中最后将LED-IF与激光诱导荧光检测器(LIF)在光学结构和滤光器设计方面作了对比。
