摘要: The investigation on dense oxygen permeable ceramic membranes is focused on the single-phase perovskite-type materials in the past decades. Dual-phase ceramic membranes with adjustable oxygen permeability and stability are receiving increasing attentions recently. Here, a brief review of dual-phase membrane is presented about the critical factors which have remarkable influence on oxygen permeation though dual-phase membrane. The selection of pure electronic conductors or mixed conductor for electrons transport is very important in dual-phase system. Model analysis was used to illuminate why high permeation flux can be obtained from the dual-phase membrane with mixed conductor as the electronic conducting phase. The composition of dual-phase membrane is another vital factor for dual-phase membranes and discussed in this paper. It was found that microstructure of dual-phase membranes derived from different preparation methods of composite powder has big effects on oxygen exchange and permeation stability in the initial stage.
