英文摘要Malignant tumor is lethal because of the tumor metastasis1. So it is important to discover the biomarker of metastasis to increase the survival rate. Herein, Hca-F and Hca-P cell lines with high and low lymphatic metastasis potentiality respectively were a suitable model used in the experiment. In our experiment, the peptides labeled by the reductive dimethylation 3 (ReDi) were firstly separated by high pH RPLC; then each fraction were pooled at the same time interval2; finally the pooled fractions were analyzed by highly reproducible HPLC-CHIP-ESI-QTOF system. Relative changes between the two samples were quantified and analyzed by Mascot distiller. The result shows that 1134 protein groups were identified and 522 protein groups were quantified with more than two unique peptides. 45 proteins were up-regulated and 19 proteins were down-regulated in Hca-F cell line.
