AbstractDue to the complexity of proteomes, with the present strategies, it usually takes rather long time for the preparation, separation and identification of proteomic samples, no matter for qualitative or quantitative analysis. Therefore, to achieve high throughput proteome study, the development of integrated sample preparation devices, and further coupled with micro-or nano-HPLC-ESI-MS/MS might be a good solution.; Due to the complexity of proteomes, with the present strategies, it usually takes rather long time for the preparation, separation and identification of proteomic samples, no matter for qualitative or quantitative analysis. Therefore, to achieve high throughput proteome study, the development of integrated sample preparation devices, and further coupled with micro-or nano-HPLC-ESI-MS/MS might be a good solution.
