AbstractWith the rapid depletion of fossil fuels and increasingly worsened environmental pollution caused by vast fossil-fuel consumption, there is high demand to make efficient use of energy and to seek renewable and clean energy sources alternative of fossil fuels to enable the sustainable development of our economy and society. Proton exchange membrane fuel cell is an efficient, silent and low pollution new electric power generator based oon two electrochemical reactions: the oxidation of hydrogen at the anode and the reduction of oxygen at the cathode.; With the rapid depletion of fossil fuels and increasingly worsened environmental pollution caused by vast fossil-fuel consumption, there is high demand to make efficient use of energy and to seek renewable and clean energy sources alternative of fossil fuels to enable the sustainable development of our economy and society.
