题名: A novel dinuclear metal-organic framework [Cu(oda)(2,2’-bipy)]2: Synthesis, Structure and electrochemical properties as an electrochemical biosensor

摘要: Metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) characterized by ordered structures, large surface area, tunable pore size and chemical functionality have recently received significant attention as functional materials because of their various potential applications in catalysis, gas and chemical storage, chemical separations, sensing, ion exchange, drug delivery and optics[1]. In recent years, MOFs with functional groups have been greatly developed. Here, a novel mixed-ligand dinuclear metal-organic framework [Cu(oda)(2,2’-bipy)]2 (1)has been prepared. The crystal structure, thermal stability and electrochemical properties of the complex were investigated. Fig.1 shows the crystal structure of 1 which consisted of symmetric dinuclear units. The framework was successfully electropolymerized on the surface of glassy carbon electrode (GCE). Fig.2 shows the cyclic voltammetry experiment results for MOF-modified GCE (poly-1/GCE), indicating poly-1 enhance the electron transfer. The redox mechanism of electropolymerization of 1 is shown in Fig. 3.
