Abstract一种甲醇水蒸汽重整制氢的催化剂及制备方法。该催化剂由高分散的非晶态氧化锌(ZnO)与纳米铝酸锌(ZnAl2O4尖晶石)组成,其中,ZnO与ZnAl2O4的质量比为1-10∶100,ZnAl2O4尖晶石和ZnO粒子的平均粒径分别为5-15nm和10-30nm。本发明催化剂采取先制备化学计量比的纳米铝酸锌,再浸渍锌盐方法获得。在甲醇水蒸汽重整制氢反应中,反应温度410-460℃,水/甲醇摩尔比1.2-1.6,甲醇气相空速3000-23000h-1,甲醇转化率达96%以上,具有较高的H2收率和较低的CO选择性,特别适合甲醇蒸汽重整与高温钯膜分离一体化工艺制氢。; 待填写
