英文摘要The titanium silicalite-1 (TS-1) with post-treatment of chemical selective desilication (T-TS-1) has been synthesized, characterized and applied as a potential adsorbent for selective capture of phosphopeptides from complex biological samples prior to mass spectrometry analysis. A T-TS-1 material-based successive phosphopeptide enrichment strategy has also been established for real biological sample analysis, which exhibited high enrichment selectivity and is comparable to existing materials.
