英文摘要: A novel hydrophilic interaction chromatography (HILIC) material was developed via clicking aspartic acid onto silica gel (termed as Click AA). The material demonstrated highly hydrophilic property and was used as solid phase extraction sorbent for selective enrichment of glycopeptides. By optimization of extraction conditions, Click AA exhibited high selectivity to glycopeptides with various peptide length and different types of glycans, which was much superior to similar commercial products. The application of Click AA to simulated proteomic samples further proved its specialty toward glycopeptides. (C) 2013 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
