Abstract一种高温燃料电池用PBI/H3PO4掺杂膜的制备方法,包括PBI膜的预处理,PBI膜浸磷酸,干燥,以及重复上述浸磷酸和干燥过程以保证PBI膜中磷酸含量达膜质量的500%,并保证不同批次处理的膜的一致性。本方法具有工艺过程简单可控、易于批量生产;膜中磷酸含量一致性高、均匀性强;且长时间放置磷酸不易流失、含量稳定等优点,采用本方法制备的磷酸掺杂PBI膜作为高温燃料电池用电解质膜时具有电导率高、电池放电性能好等优点。
