英文摘要: A liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was used to identify two components of molecular weight 496 in Radices paeoniae rubra. The fragment pattern of paeoniflorin was studied to facilitate the identifying the reported oxypaeoniflorin. By comparing the product ion mass spectra of oxypaeoniflorin with those of the unknown component under different collision energy, basic structure unit of the unknown component was determined. With the aid of ultraviolet spectrum, the unknown component was preliminarily identified as ortho-oxypaeoniflorin, which was isomer of the known para-oxypaeoniflorin. This is the first time to report the orthooxypaeoniflorin.
