英文摘要: A microfluidic electroosmotic pump (EOP) capable of generating high pressure was investigated. The pump was consisted of a high power supply module, an electroosmotic channel, a micro conduit, spaced electrodes, a gas-eliminating device and a pressure transducer. The one-stage pump can generate pressures ranging from zero to 20 MPa and flow rate from nanoliter to microliter per minute. The output pressure and flow rate of the EOP were influenced by applied potential, resistance of the packed channel, properties of the fluids, and in particular, the surface properties of packing materials.
