英文摘要: Molecular imprinted polymer against nicotine was prepared and its binding affinity and selectivity to nicotine were evaluated by batch adsorption experiments. Nicotine-imprinted polymer exhibited higher affinity to nicotine compared to non-imprinted polymer; Scatchard analysis indicated that there were two classes of recognition sites in nicotine-imprinted polymer, which had different affinity to nicotine. Furthermore, compared to the adsorption behaviors of aminopyridines, nicotine-imprinted polymer displayed satisfying selectivity. The results in this study proved the possibility to selectively extract nicotine from tobacco smoke when the nicotine-imprinted polymer was used as solid-phase extraction material.
