题名: Study on organic-inorganic hybrid L-Rh/SiO2 catalysts for hydroformylation of olefins II. Catalytic performance and characterization of L-Rh/SiO2 catalysts

英文摘要: A series of phosphine ligands with different electron structure were directly used to modify Rh/SiO2 to prepare the organic-inorganic hybrid L-Rh/SiO2 catalysts for hydroformylation of 1-hexene. The catalytic performance of L-Rh/SiO2 catalysts for hydroformylation of 1-hexene was different from each other. The TOF of 1 hexene to heptaldehyde over P(OPh)(3)-Rh/SiO2 catalyst was up to 4 111 h(-1), while the selectivity for heptaldehyde over PCy3-Rh/SiO2 was up to 100%. The activity of L-Rh/SiO2 catalysts decreased in the following order: P(OPh) 3-Rh/SiO2 > PPh3-Rh/SiO2 > PCy3-Rh/SiO2, and the selectivity for heptaldehyde decreased in the reverse order. The strength of the coordination bond between L and Rh decreased in the following order: PCy3Rh/SiO2 > PPh3-Rh/SiO2 > P(OPh)(3)-Rh/SiO2. These results revealed that the greater the electron donor capacity of the phosphine, the stronger is the chemical bond between L and Rh, the lower is the activity of the L-Rh/SiO2 catalyst, and the higher is the selectivity for heptaldehyde.
