英文摘要: The physico-chemical properties of NiW/TiO2-Al2O3 catalyst prepared by microwave irradiation and its catalytic performance for hydrodesulfurization of thiophene were studied and compared with NiW/TiO2-Al2O3 catalyst prepared by normal impregnation. The TiO2-Al2O3 mixed oxide was prepared by microwave irradiation and normal impregnation by using TiCl4 as the precursor. The active component WO3 and the promoter NiO were supported by microwave irradiation and normal successive impregnation with an aqueous solution of (NH4)(6)W12O39 and an aqueous solution of Ni(NO3)(2). The catalyst samples were characterized by BET, XRD, XPS and TPS ( temperature-programmed sulfurization). The results showed that the microwave irradiation changed the pore size distribution of the catalyst, improved the dispersion of TiO2 on the gamma-Al2O3 surface and the dispersion of WO3 and NiO on the TiO2-Al2O3 surface, weakened the interaction between the support and the active component, and facilitated the sulfidation of the catalyst. The catalyst NiW/TiO2-Al2O3 with 15% TiO2 loading prepared by microwave irradiation exhibited higher catalytic activity for hydrodesulfurization of thiophene by about 5% than the catalyst prepared by normal impregnation.
