英文摘要: In the gradient elution of HPLC, the delay and dispersion of mobile phase during the transmission of mobile phase in column, and the out-column effect result in that, there is a gradient distribution in the variation of mobile phase content with time at any location in column, and it obeys a distribution law. In this paper, the law is discussed theoretically and experimentally, and the effect on the law of instrumental condition and different solvents is also discussed.
