英文摘要Thirty nine derivatized secondary alcohols have been separated on a capillary column coated with permethylated beta - cyclodextrin. The influence of alpha values with the derivatized groups, the position of chiral center in the chain and the number of carbon atoms on enantioselectivity were discussed. The enantioselectivity of isobutyryl derivatives of secondary alcohols investigated decrease apparently.
