英文摘要: This study mainly dealt with the preparation and application of affinity membranes utilized for endotoxin removal. Cellulose membrane was chosen as support and membranes with three kinds of affinity ligands, were prepared. They were chitosan affinity membrane (KFCC), hydrophobic and cationic charged membrane ( KFCG), and metal chelate affinity membrane (KFCM). All of these affinity membranes could be effectively used for removal of endotoxin in 0.9% NaCl solution, and the removal efficiencies were above 90%. In human serum albumin (HSA) solution, hydrophobic and cationic charged membrane and chitosan affinity membrane can also remove endotoxin efficiently, the removal efficiencies still were above 90% and the recoveries of HSA were over 95%. But metal chelate affinity membrane only can remove 83.3% endotoxin in HSA solution. The adsorption capacity of chitosan affinity membrane is more than 2.4 x 10(6) EU/g. Affinity membranes can treat several kinds of sample solutions and can be regenerated several times with suitable method.
