英文摘要: In capillary electrochromatography (CEC), the larger the internal diameter of a capillary column is, the higher the Joule heat is, the easier-the bubbles are gotten. In this paper, a new method was given to solve this problem. We got higher column efficiency in separating benzyl substitution on 320 mum CEC column by using lower concentration of organic salt as a buffer than that from pressurized CEC. General principle was given that's how to control the components of the mobile phase by choosing a suitable buffer.
