英文摘要: Vibrational energy relaxation in condensed phases is an important dynamical process in chemistry, physics and biology. Over recent years many efforts, both theoretical and experimental, have been made to explore the mechanism. In this review article we will focus on the basic features of some frequently used theoretical methods as well as their validity in applications, and present new perspectives on developing more accurate techniques.
