英文摘要Using the newly synthesized norvancomycin chiral stationary phase (NVC-CSP), the enantiomers of dansyl-alpha-amino-n-butyric acid (Dns-But), dansyl-methionine (Dns-Met) dansyl-threonine (Dns-Thr) and dansyl-glutamic acid (Dns-Glu) were directly separated on reversed phase conditions. The influences of some chromatographic parameters, such as pH of buffer, the content of organic modifier, temperature and flow rate, were evaluated, and furthermore, the possible mechanism of chiral discrimination was discussed. It was found experimentally that hydrophobic, as well as ionic interactions were important for solute's retention and enantioselectivity in this chromatographic system, and the chiral recognition mechanism was similar to that of protein-based CSPs.
