英文摘要: The relaxation rates of the v(10),v(11),3v(16) and v(4) eight single vibrational levels of benzene have been studied by using IR-UV double resonance technique for the first time. The relaxation processes for these eight vibrational levels all exhibit a feature of two exponential decay, which correspond to the V-V and V-T energy relaxation process respectively,As an example the values of k(V-T) and k(V-T) for 16(1) 10(1) level are 0.59 +/- 0.05 mu s(-1)Torr(-1) and 0.023 +/- 0.003 mu s(-1) Torr(-1) respectively.
