英文摘要: The present status and the trends of development of laser-induced fluorescence detection(LIF-D) are reviewed. The parts of the LIF-D setup including lasers, filters, objectives, photoelectronic detectors, fluorescence probes and scanning instruments are discussed. Single molecule detection based on LIF-D is also described.
