英文摘要: Partial oxidation of methane (POM) to syngas over the BaNi0.3Al11.7O19-delta performed at 700 similar to 850 degrees C under high pressure (0.2 similar to 1. 0 MPa). Compared with the LiLaNiOx/gamma-Al2O3 catalyst, the BaNi0.3Al11.7O19-delta catalyst exhibited excellent catalytic performance, and 75% of CH4 conversion and 85% of CO selectivity were obtained at 850 degrees C and 1.0 MPa. In addition, the catalyst showed good catalytic stability, and its activity and selectivity remained unchanged in the 60 h continous reaction. The crystal structure, surface properties and carbon deposition of the catalyst were investigated by XRD, XPS and TG/DTA. It was revealed that the interaction between Ni ions and the neighbouring atoms in the hexaaluminate structure increased the thermal and structural stability of this catalyst and suppressed the carbon deposition on the catalyst. Thus the catalyst exhibited good catalytic stability in POM to syngas.
