英文摘要: The durability of Pt-Ru/C catalyst was evaluated using direct methanol fuel cells single cell test and electrochemically accelerated aging (EAA) method under the operating condition. The particle size of Pt-Ru/C catalyst increased from 2.8 nm to 3.8 nm after hot-press during the electrode preparation. The particle size tended to increase with the testing time and increased up to 5.8 nm after 320 h operation. The EAA method allowed the Pt-Ru/C catalyst to ripen quickly and significantly shortened the period of catalyst durability evaluation, which benefits the catalyst preparation and screening.
