英文摘要Applying CO/H2O reaction as a hydrogen source for the reduction of aromatic nitro compounds to corresponding amines is of great potential from a technological point of view, especially when a cheap catalytic system can be employed. Selenium- catalyzed reduction of m-dinitrobenzene (DNB) to m-nitroaniline (NAL) by CO/H2O with NaOAc as a co-catalyst was studied. The effects of time, carbon monoxide pressure, temperature, selenium/nitrobenzene mole ratio, solvent amount and water amount on the DNB conversion I NAL selectivity and NAL yield were investigated. When the reaction proceeded at theta= 160 degreesC and p (CO) =1 MPa for 3 h, using THF as a solvent, with n (H2O) /n (DNB) = 20 and n (Se) /n (DNB) = 0. 04, the DNB conversion was up to 100% with NAL selectivity and NAL yield of 95.7%.
