英文摘要High performance liquid chromatography/atmosphere pressure chemical ionization mass spectrometry (MS) was used to study the collision-induced dissociation (CID) of O-glycoside bond of xanthone glycosides. The fragmentation of O-glycosides, C-glycoside and O-diglycosides in negative ion mode was studied. By comparing with the spectra of different compounds under the same MS condition, it can be deduced that the relative abundance of the radical aglycone ([Y-0-1](-.)) and aglycone (Y-0(-)) was affected by the nature of the glycan. A clear differentiation between a 1 -> 2 linkage and 1 -> 6 linkage in the sugar part was obtained by [A(0)-1], Y-1 and Z(1).
