英文摘要: The better separation conditions of enantiomers of alanine (Ala), glutamic acid (Glu), methionine (Met) and tryptophan (Trp) quickly are obtained by sixteen-channel capillary array electrophoresis which are built by ourselves. Different additives for the separation effects to enantiomeric amino acids were screened. The experimental results indicate that 5 mmol/L gamma-cyclodextrin as additive is preferred for the separation of mixture of D, L-Glu, D, L-Met, D, L-Ala and D, L-Trp in the borax buffer (10 mmol/L, pH = 10).
