英文摘要A new method for the separation of 19 standard D-amino acids and glycine ( Gly) by capillary electrophoresis ( CE) using p-acetamidobenzenesulfonyl fluoride ( PAABS-F) as precolumn derivatization reagent has been developed. The separation conditions were carefully studied and optimized. The experimental results showed that 20 mmmol/L sodium borate ( pH 9.3), 126 mmmol/L sodium dodecyl sulfate, 8 mmol/L,8-cyclodextrin and 20 mmol/L NaCl were the optimal conditions for the CE separation. Under the optimal conditions, 19 stangdard D-amino acids and Gly were successfully achied with baseline separation within 16 min by CE.
