英文摘要: Ginsenoside Rf and pseudoginsenoside F-11, two chemical markers. of Panax ginseng and Panax quinquefolium, were analyzed using in-source collision-induced dissociation high performance liquid chromatography-atmospheric pressure chemical ionization-mass spectrometry( HPLC-APCI/MS) method. Under the gradient elution reversed-phase liquid chromatography and in-source collision-induced dissociation conditions, aglycon and deglycoslyated ions of ginsenoside Rf and pseudoginsenoside F-11 were obviously observed. From the differences of these ions, the two isomer compounds were identified. The detection limit of ginsenoside Rf and pseudoginsenoside F-11 is about 10(-7) g on column. Panax ginseng and Panax quinquefolium can be distinguished in a single, HPLC-APCI/MS experiment. rapidly by this way.
